The I-SIM 2026 Workshop on Simulation in the Age of Digital Twins and AI, held in the Centennial Campus of NC State successfully ended with a summer school. The workshop had excellent speakers and plenaries, great poster session with winners below:

We had some great panelists from SAS and Jmp as well as the Sandia National Lab. See the website for more pictures, as well as the presentation slides and recordings of talks.
Current and former members of the Shashaani group, Giovanni, Nicole, HK, Yunsoo, and Pranav all helped volunteer for this event and our participants from all around the US and the world shared their great experience afterward. It was so memorable to have the leading scholar of the simulation community and adjacent fields in Raleigh.
I-SIM workshops are bi-annual events focusing on methodological simulation research. Be on the lookout for I-SIM 2028.
